Teacher Commits Suicide After Heartbreak from a Nurse He Took Care of

Prince Nkrumah, popularly known as Sir Skinny, an ICT teacher at Ansah Redeemed Basic School in Assin Fosu, Central Region, has reportedly taken his own life following a suspected case of heartbreak.

According to reports, he allegedly consumed a weedicide after a young woman he had supported through nursing school ended their relationship. She is said to have informed him shortly after completing her training that she could not continue with him.

Sir Skinny was later discovered dead in his room when colleagues visited his home after noticing his absence from school that day. He is also reported to have left a note asking his family to forgive him for taking his own life.
