According to GES, successful applicants will be responsible for facilitating teaching and learning using 21st-century technology while addressing the diverse needs of learners. Teachers are expected to support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes, enhance their research abilities through the use of modern tools, and apply a variety of assessment methods to accurately evaluate learner competencies. In addition, applicants must adhere strictly to the National Teaching Standards and Code of Conduct to maintain professionalism and ethical behavior in the classroom.

The Service also emphasized the importance of continuous professional development, urging prospective teachers to actively participate in training sessions to remain updated with modern teaching practices. Strong communication and classroom management skills are considered essential for all applicants.
