V/R: Okada Rider Stabs Colleague  Over Battle On Passenger 

A commercial motor rider (okada man) has stabbed his colleague to death in the Avenor Traditional Area, Volta Region over who is supposed to pick a passenger first.

According to reports by Citinewsroom, the incident happened on Friday January 20, 2023 at Dagbamatey in the Akatsi South Municipality.

“The suspect, Agorsor Christian, is alleged to have stabbed his colleague with a screwdriver after the victim was able to pick up the passenger ahead of him,” the news website reported.

The representative of the the Avernorpedo Electoral Area has confirmed that the victim, Mr, Agbesi Davor, 33, was rushed to the Abor Sacred Heart hospital but gave up on the way.

The Police have currently taken the suspect in custody to assist with investigations.
