The Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, Sam Nartey George, has stated that not all the Ghanaian women seen in the viral videos involving a Russian national were sexually involved with him.

He made this clarification after reports and social media posts claimed that the man had sexual relations with every woman shown in the videos. Speaking at a joint press briefing with the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, he described those claims as false.

The Gender Minister assured the public that the government will ensure justice is done. She emphasized that no one will abuse any Ghanaian citizen and escape punishment, adding that this directive comes from President John Dramani Mahama.

She further noted that her ministry is offering counseling and other support services to the affected women and their families. She also encouraged anyone with useful information to contact the ministry.

The matter drew national attention after a video surfaced online showing a man identified as Yaytseslav spending time with Ghanaian women. Some were later reported to have gone with him to his hotel, leading to public concern and calls for firm action against online sexual abuse.
