CHAN 2022: Libyan Referee To Officiate Black Galaxies Opener Against Madagascar
The Black Galaxies will play their first game against Madagascar at Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium in Constantine which will kick-off today, January 15, 2023 scheduled at 19:00GMT.
Mutaz Ibrahim who is a Libyan referee has been appointed to be in charge of Ghana’s Group C opening match of the 2022 TotalEnergies African Nations Championship against Madagascar.
