The sixth edition of the Eastern Music Awards was held in elegant grand style, with a lot of prominent personalities gracing the event with their unique crafts.
The event took place in the Eastern Regional capital, Koforidua, on Saturday December 10, 2022, at the Centre For National Culture.

Meanwhile, one of Eastern Region’s finest rappers, Rap Tini, mounted a big stage for his EP listening dubbed “I Have Arrived” at Nkawkaw during the same period of the EMA. Rap Tini’s program technically, prevented a lot of Kwahu artistes from attending the EMA. Was there a communication gap or it was an intentional act by both parties?
