GES Announces Nationwide School Inspection for First Term of 2025/2026 Academic Year

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA) will embark on a nationwide School Compliance Inspection exercise for the first term of the 2025/2026 academic year.

According to a communication from NaSIA, Inspection Panels (IPs) will be deployed to 225 public schools across the country from Monday, October 13 to Friday, October 24, 2025.

The inspection aims to assess the level of compliance of public schools with established educational standards and operational guidelines.

GES has directed all Regional Directors to inform Heads of public schools within their jurisdictions and ensure that the selected schools provide full cooperation and support to the inspection teams.

The Service emphasized the urgency of the exercise and called for prompt dissemination of the information to all concerned parties to ensure a smooth and successful inspection process.
