GES Confirms Date For 2023 Inter-Regional and Inter/Intra District Reposting Process 

Management of the Ghana Education Service has confirmed the processing dates for Inter-regional and Inter/Intra District reposting.

According to the letter issued on May 15, 2023, Heads of institutions and other stakeholders will start giving letters of assurances from 17th May, 2023 to 19th June, 2023.

Below is the content of the letter:

“Management brings to the attention of all Regional/Metropolitan/Municipal/District Directors, the commencement of this year’s Inter-Regional and Inter/Intra District repostings.

The issuance of Assurance letters should take effect from 17th May, 2023 and end on 19th June, 2023. Processing of Inter-Regional reposting applications to the Headquarters commences on 5th July, 2023, to take effect from the beginning of the next academic year (September, 2023).

Kindly compile and forward to the GES Headquarters, list of all staff who have been given assurance in your Region.

Completed applications should be forwarded to the GES Headquarters latest by 31st July, 2023. Please note that documents received after this date would not be accepted.

Please note that a staff seeking reposting can only be released after the Director- General has approved and issued out a reposting letter to the applicant.”
