GES Introduces New Teachers’ Uniform?

Members of organizations wear variety of unique clothing while participating in that organization’s activity. Uniforms are often worn by armed forces and paramilitary organizations such as police, emergency services, security guards, in some workplaces and schools and by inmates in prisons.

 In Ghana, nurses also have a special uniform they wear, even, through the nurses’ training colleges till the time they complete their training, and, they wear this uniform throughout their delivery of services as professional nurses.

Days ago, social media users have been displaying pictures of some ladies wearing uniforms with the name-tag “Ghana Education Service” at the chest. These uniforms, as they say, are proposed uniforms to be worn by workers (Teachers) of the Ghana Education Service.

Meanwhile, the various official social media platforms of the ‘Ghana Education Service’ are yet to release an official statement agreeing to the authenticity of this information.
