The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results. Students are expected to report to their placed schools from October 18, 2025.
In an official statement, the GES informed all Regional Directors of Education of the release and directed them to communicate the information to District Directors and heads of schools without delay.
The Service stressed that all admissions must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. Schools are prohibited from admitting students outside the official list unless they have received prior written approval.
GES further cautioned that any breach of this directive, including unauthorised admissions, will attract administrative sanctions.
Heads of schools have been urged to ensure a smooth and transparent registration process in line with the guidelines. Regional and District Directors have also been tasked to closely monitor and supervise the admission exercise to guarantee fairness and accountability for the 2025 academic year.
