Newcastle United will return to the UEFA Champions League for the first time since 2003.

Although, Eddie Howe’s side failed to win in  their dominated match against Leicester City in which they strike the post three times, the 0-0 draw was enough for the Magpies to make a return to the Champions League next season.

“It’s a big relief actually, an amazing night to see the supporters.” “It is just a general reaction to what we’ve achieved – it is incredible. It’s been a great evening for us.” Eddie Howe spoke after the game against Leicester.

He added: “…The lads have been unbelievable for me this year I can’t praise them enough. Their attitude, their mentality. It’s just been incredible.”
