Sarkodie’s single song, ‘Try Me’, which was released on June 28, 2023, in response to Yvonne Nelson’s explosive memoir, ’I am not Yvonne Nelson’, has been taken down by Apple Music and Spotify.

Netizens, have since the take down, been of the view that, the song was deleted because the Ghanaian top rapper used vulgar language to communicate his feelings.

As speculations went on, Sarkodie’s beat maker, MOGBeatz has come out to defend that the song was deleted not because of its lyrics but by the reason that an imposter first uploaded the song on both platforms and has been cashing out since.
