A 62-year-old teacher in Russia has resigned after admitting he accidentally watched porn during a physics lesson with 13- and 14-year-old students.
The teacher, Razif Nurgaliev, had been working at the school in Tashkinovo village, near Neftekamsk, for almost 40 years. He reportedly forgot that his laptop was connected to the classroom monitor while browsing the internet.
A student secretly filmed the moment, showing Nurgaliev smirking at the explicit content, seemingly unaware that it was being displayed to the entire class.
At first, school officials suggested that the students had played a prank on the teacher. However, Nurgaliev later admitted to education authorities that he had accidentally clicked on a website while trying to open an online journal.
“I clicked on something, and some website opened,” he explained, insisting that he did not intend to watch explicit material.
Following the incident, he decided to resign from his position.
