It Won’t Be Easy But Ten Hag Will Make Us Watch It Back – Luke Shaw Speaks After Liverpool Thrash United 7-0
Manchester United and England’s left back, Luke Shaw has said in an after-match presser that it will not be easy to watch a playback of Liverpool’s biggest win against his side, Manchester United.
He added that even though non of United players will be willing to watch the playback of the match, their Boss, Eric Ten Hag will force them to watch it back, to help them identify their errors and find remedies to the individual mistakes in the future.
“It’s not going to be easy watching this back. But he [Ten Hag] is going to make us watch it back, and show us what we need to learn from this embarrassment.”, Luke Shaw said.
Manchester United had lost only three of their last 22 league games. In their defeat against Liverpool, former United defender Gary Neville said they had played like schoolboys.
