Black Stars and Hearts of Oak player, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, is reportedly closing the doors for the Accra-based soccer team, Hearts of Oak,  after the player’s return from Qatar.

The decision for both parties to reach an agreement has been lingering over a couple of months now, and the player seems to have no interest in agreeing to sign for the club.

It is still unclear whether Barnieh has been approached by a different football club or he is tarrying matters to call for salary increment. After a good pre-world cup performance against Switzerland, there were hushed talks about several European and Asian clubs chasing after his signature.
