Al-Nassr Confirm Ronaldo Will Leave For Europe As Contract Plan Changes After Just Two Games.
Al-Nassr boss has reportedly confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo will leave to continue his career in Europe after the player’s inability to impress or register a goal in two matches played.
Rudi Garcia was very open when he said that his team was kicked out of the Saudi Super Cup by rivals Al-Ittihad because Ronaldo missed big chances in the first half of the match.
“One of the things that changed the course of the match was Cristiano’s missed opportunity in the first half,” he said as part of the after-match assessment.
He added that, Al-Nassr players frequently passed the ball to the supposed new talisman but Ronaldo’s positioning was nothing extraordinary to change games.
“He is one of the best players in the world. He will not finish his career at Al-Nassr, he will return to Europe.” – Rudi Garcia said in contradictory to earlier reports after they signed the former Manchester United player.
Cristiano Ronaldo, 38, signed a record-breaking deal with Al Nassr worth $200m a year until 2025 after leaving Manchester United in November. The agreement with his current club has made him the highest-paid footballer on the planet.
