At least four have died in a ghastly accident on Kumasi-Techiman highway
A fatal accident has allegedly claimed the lives of four passengers on the Kumasi-Accra highway.
On the dawn of Sunday, August 2, 2023, a VIP bus collided with a trailer truck at Nkenkaasu in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
According to a report by 3news, an eye witness saw the VIP (with registration number AP 1986-22) bus driver veering off his lane which resulted in the collision with the trailer (with registration number BF 2315 F1 03) which had loaded cereals directed to Kumasi.
It is understood the injured have been carried to the Nkenkaasu Government Hospital for treatment.
