BREAKING: Real Madrid Confirm Benzima’s Permanent Exit
Spanish club Real Madrid have confirmed that the French striker, Karim Benzema will depart from the club this summer after a solid fourteen years at Santiago Bernabeu.
This was confirmed in a club statement, in the middle of reports of a possible huge deal with a Saudi Arabian club.
Club Statement: “Real Madrid wants to show its gratitude and all its affection for who is already one of our greatest legends.
“Karim’s career at Real Madrid has been an example of behavior and professionalism, and has represented the values of our club. Karim has earned the right to decide his future.”
Benzema signed a deal with Real Madrid from Lyon in 2009 and has since won five Champions League titles, four Laliga titles, three Copa del Rey trophies and the enviable Ballon d’Or in 2022.
