“I Always Prefer The Group Over Being A Solo Artiste” -Coded of 4×4 

The group 4X4, which consisted of Russell Edem Avornyo popularly known as Coded, Captain Planet and Fresh Prince stood as one of the mind blowing groups in the Ghanaian Music Industry in the 2000s. They fed Ghanians and the entire Africa with some good hiplife/hippop music but recently, each member of the group does solo works.

Coded, in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo segment, cleared the air by reminding Ghanaians that, the group 4×4 is still alive, though the trio are currently focusing on their individual music solos. He also stated repeatedly that he misses working in group as 4×4.

“I don’t really feel being a solo artiste. It’s not something I would say I’m really feeling. I always prefer the group over being a solo artiste“-Coded said.

This may mean that, there could be a possible reunion; the group 4×4, can possibly come together in the near future to record a single or an album.
