Acclaimed Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah, aged 37, recently shared insights on her single status and her dreams of family life. In a candid conversation with actress and host Emelia Brobbey, Ankomah revealed her deep longing to be married and raise children, while emphasizing her steadfast reliance on God’s guidance for major life decisions.

Reflecting on the importance of marriage, Ankomah described it as a “good thing” that brings honor to both the woman and her family. “I wish I was married with two kids. I wish I was picking and dropping them off at Sunday school and social events. But I can’t do anything without the approval of God,” she said.

The actress explained that her faith has guided every step of her journey, asserting that she seeks divine approval for each decision she makes. “Everything I have done in my life was approved by God,” Ankomah stated, expressing her belief that God has a timing and purpose for everything in her life, including marriage and family.

“God knows I want to be married and have kids in the future, so I am waiting for his approval. When God approves it, I will get married and have wonderful children,” she disclosed, demonstrating her conviction that divine timing is key in her journey to fulfilling her dreams.

Ankomah, a well-respected figure in Ghana’s entertainment industry, is known for her grounded faith and her commitment to living a purpose-driven life. While she acknowledges the societal pressures and expectations around marriage, she remains resolute in her path, trusting that her life will unfold as per God’s plan.
