Ghanaian artiste Kojo Sec has solidified his place as a leading figure in the country’s music industry by winning the REGGAE/DANCEHALL SONG OF THE YEAR award at the 2024 Eastern Music Awards. His hit single Adwubi, a collaboration with P4 Prince, took home the coveted title during the event held on Friday, December 13, 2024, at the Centre for National Culture in Koforidua.

The competition in the category was fierce, with four other talented nominees: 2Khay (Bounce), Kofi Yacki (Dice), Raemix GH (It’s Over), and Real Longation (Woyoo). However, Kojo Sec and P4 Prince’s infectious rhythms and compelling lyrics in Adwubi captured the hearts of both the jury and fans.

The 8th edition of the Eastern Music Awards celebrated exceptional musical talents from the Eastern Region, shining a spotlight on the artistry and resilience of Ghanaian musicians.
