Netizens have made several speculations on a possible exit from Lynx Entertainment after a Twitter post by the 2020 Ghana Music Awards ‘Artiste of the Year’. On October, 19, 2022, Kuami Eugene posted “My new family” and tagged Empire and Empire Africa which left Ghanaians concluding that the songwriter has left Richie Mensah’s Lynx Entertainment.
According to Richie Mensah, Lynx has made a deal with American record label Empire for Kuami Eugene which is aimed “at projecting the career of the talented and hardworking singer & songwriter on the international market”.
The statement has rubbished all speculations that the ‘Angela’ fame has left Lynx to Empire record label.
