Messi Buys 35 iPhone 14s For Entire Argentina World Cup Winning Team & Staff.
Lionel Messi has paid for 35 golden iPhone 14s to be delivered to the entire World Cup-winning Argentina squad and staff.
The news was posted on the official Instagram page of the iPnone design team in charge of golden touches, idesigngold.
“It was an honour to deliver 35 gold iphone 14 to @leomessi for his team mates & staff as a gift for winning the world cup final”, idesigngold posted on instagrams with a photo of Messi and a man who is believed to be a staff of idesigngold.
A few months have passed since Argentina’s victory and it is believed that each of the 35 phones has 24-carat gold with the players’ names, numbers and the Argentinian logo designed on them.
According to The Sun, Messi spent £175,000 on purchasing the phones.
It was an emotional moment for Emiliano, Messi and the rest of the Argentina team when they won the World Cup in December 2022. After a well fought performance against France, Messi won his first World Cup title in his entire career.
