Foreign Affairs Ministry Temporarily Closes VVIP Lounge Of Kotoka Airport 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana has temporarily closed the VVIP Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport.

Travellers who patronise the VVIP lounge are to take note of the two-week closure directive which will take effect from Tuesday, 31st January, 2023.

According to the Ministry, the closure is necessary to employ changes at the section to approximate demands.

“The aim of this new directive is to enable restructuring of the Lounge for efficient travel and to meet international standards”,

 “While expressing apologies for any inconvenience the closure might cause, the Ministry encourages users of the Lounge to patronize the Commercial Important Person (CIP) Lounge and the Business Lounge at Terminal 3”, part of the statement said.
