Burna Boy will be performing at this year’s UEFA Champions League final on June 10 in Istanbul, Turkey.
The news broke in a tweet on the official Twitter account of UEFA Champions League.
“Hello everyone, this is Burna Boy. I’ve got some big news. I’ll be performing at the UEFA Champions League final kickoff show by Pepsi. C’mon let’s go!” – Burna Boy said in a video
The 2023 UEFA Champions League final will be the 68th season of Europe’s premier club football tournament organised by UEFA. It will also be the 31st season since the name was changed from the European Champion Clubs’ Cup to the UEFA Champions League.
Burna Boy was among the few African artists who won awards in the just ended GRAMMYS.
