Real Madrid’s rising star, Endrick, has married his influencer girlfriend Gabriely Miranda, just months after the unique terms of their much-talked-about relationship contract were revealed.
The 18-year-old Brazilian forward, who made his big move to Real Madrid earlier this year, has had a whirlwind year both on and off the pitch. Endrick has scored once in four appearances for the Spanish giants since joining them in the summer transfer window. He also made headlines in March by becoming the youngest player ever to score at Wembley Stadium during Brazil’s 1-0 victory over England.
This week, Endrick hit another significant milestone in his personal life as he tied the knot with his 23-year-old model girlfriend. Miranda, who boasts 1.1 million Instagram followers, shared the news of their wedding on social media. She posted a series of photos from their special day, accompanied by a quote from Matthew 19:6 in the Bible: “So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” She added a heartfelt caption: “At last we married.”
The couple’s whirlwind romance has been in the spotlight since their relationship became public less than a year ago. Their marriage follows reports of a rather unconventional “relationship contract” that governs their partnership. The alleged contract includes quirky clauses, such as the requirement to say “I love you” in all situations, avoiding any form of addiction, and ensuring neither partner undergoes any drastic behavioral changes.
One of the more peculiar rules reportedly prohibits Endrick from interacting with other women’s Instagram posts or maintaining a “virtual girlfriend” in the popular online game, Grand Theft Auto V RP—a hobby of his. When asked about this, Miranda was firm, declaring, “Never! I would never accept it!”
Additionally, the contract allows Endrick to go clubbing with friends, but only with Miranda’s approval of his companions. Endrick humorously explained the system of rewards tied to compliance with the agreement: “If someone doesn’t comply with the terms, they have to give the other person what they want at the end of the month. For example, I asked for an Apple headset, and she gave it to me.”
Miranda, who has a sponsorship deal with New Balance, has described their relationship as a “voluntary emotional partnership” founded on “respect, understanding, and affection.”
Earlier this year, Endrick publicly demonstrated his affection for Miranda by celebrating a goal for Brazil’s U23 team against Colombia by holding up a photo of the two of them.
