On the vibrant Easter Saturday of March 30th, 2024, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, alongside Inspector-General of Police Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, unveiled the second ultra-modern police station in Kwahu Asakraka, located in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The commissioning of this cutting-edge facility marks a significant step forward in enhancing security infrastructure in the region. The inauguration ceremony coincided with the Easter festivities, a time when Ghanaians across the nation, including those in the diaspora, converge on Kwahu to celebrate.
The newly inaugurated police station stands as a beacon of security and stability for the community of Asakraka, providing residents with a heightened sense of safety during the holiday season and beyond.
