The National Communications Authority (NCA) has greenlit Elon Musk’s Starlink Satellite for operations in Ghana, marking a significant milestone in the nation’s quest for reliable and high-speed internet connectivity. The approval, announced by the NCA in a statement on April 25, 2024, paves the way for Starlink to address the pressing need for fast and dependable internet services in Ghana.

Starlink, renowned for its promise of super-fast satellite internet coverage across the globe, is set to revolutionize internet accessibility in Ghana, where many regions currently struggle with poor connectivity. This development is poised to bolster Ghana’s tech ecosystem and significantly expand the nation’s internet user base.
