Legendary singer Tina Turner has died aged 83. She passed at her home in Küsnacht, Switzerland, near Zurich on Wednesday, June 24, 2023.
The American-born Swiss naturalised singer, song writer, actress, dancer and author was known for hits like ‘The Best’ and ‘What’s Love Got to Do With It.’
In 1971 Tina Turner and her husband Ike performed at the Soul To Soul concert celebrating the 14th anniversary of Ghana’s independence in Accra.
