GES Opens Fresh Recruitment Portal for Unemployed Teachers

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the opening of a new recruitment portal aimed at employing dedicated University graduates with a Bachelor of Education degree. This initiative is part of GES’s commitment to strengthening the educational sector by integrating passionate educators into its vibrant community.

Job Purpose:

– Facilitate learning using 21st-century technology.

– Enhance learners’ research skills with new technologies.

– Teach motivated students, cater to varying learning abilities, and help achieve excellent academic results.

– Participate in ongoing professional development.

– Utilize diverse assessment tools to evaluate learners’ competencies.

– Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Institution.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education.

– License from the National Teaching Council.

– National Service Certificate.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to inspire and motivate students.

– Willingness to work in various locations as needed.

Mode of Application:

Interested candidates should visit the GES portal at [www.gespromotions.gov.gh](http://www.gespromotions.gov.gh) to apply between 3rd and 10th September 2024. Applicants are required to upload the following documents:

– Degree Certificate
